Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Receive calls from customers related to their queries and resolve the same
2. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
3. Make outgoing calls to people
4. Inform them about the products and services
5. Listen to objections and handle them effectively
6. Generate leads from the people
7. Make outgoing calls to the company's existing customers
8. Take feedback from the customers and note them down in the system for future reference
9. Call customers who have lodged a complaint and resolve the same
10. Enter the details of every interaction in the system
