Roles And Responsibilities:
Answer Phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

Maintain customer’s account details in the proper manner.
Generate sales leads.
Should be aware of the CRM tools and functions like Zoho etc.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer queries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Gather customer feedback and share with the sales and IT team.
Good Communication skills (English & Hindi, if you know other regional languages that will be a plus).
Proven work experience or internship as a Customer support or Sales support associate.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
