Job Description


Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 30th Jun'22 and 4th Aug'22

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. have relevant skills and interests


Responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer queries and getting them resolved over call or chat
2. Troubleshooting software problems
3. Handling complaints from existing customers to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty
4. Providing proactive customer support for software issues and getting them resolved in a timely manner
5. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and improving customer experience
6. Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
7. Coordinating with other internal teams and working along with them
8. Coordinating with the project, product, and S/W team internally
9. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
