Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle about 80-100 calls of customers onboarded by the sales team (laser hair removal/derma facial),where the initial call will be primarily to book delivery followed by issue resolution and query
2. Handle successive calls
3. Ensure query resolution within 24 hours and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
4. Handle specific queries pertaining to our services
5. Provide overall problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary
6. Handle any operations-related activities that may be required
7. Tabulate and record responses from all customers in Excel
8. Generate relevant reports from the same
9. Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
10. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers & requests
11. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
12. Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement
