Responsibilities
· Make out bound calls in a timely manner.
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
· Keep records of all conversation in our call center database in a comprehensible way
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualification & Skills
· Graduate or Under Graduate
· Inside sales and/or Call centre experience preferred
· Strong computer/data entry skills
· Detail oriented out going, comfortable to talk to customers
· Demonstrated interpersonal, listening and questioning skills, responsible, reliable, and punctual.
· Able to work non-traditional hours as needed (Evenings & Weekends)
· Ability to work successfully in a remote work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations.
