  • Paytm is hiring for its Customer Support / Operations Team
  • Interview and Job Location : Noida
  • Timings : 10 AM - 1 PM
  • Date and Day : 20th June and 21st June (Thursday and Friday)
  • Operations  - Calling/Email Process
Job Description:
  • Provide solution to customer queries via email or calls.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
  • Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
  • Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required
Desired Profile:
  • Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
  • Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
Our Requirement:  
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Male Candidates Only. 
  • Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
  • Should be okay with rostered week offs
  • SPECIAL NOTE – Candidates who have any backlogs in previous semesters are not eligible to apply!!!
