Job Description

To help Mind Tickle's global customers use our products with ease by resolving queries and support requests.
Implement Product Integrations. Managing Customer Relationships and Expectations. Undertake small enhancements to the product (development).Strong understanding of HTMLComfortable with Linux environment

Strong Written & Communication skills.

Ability to empathize with customers .Ability to work independently and plan tasks

Experience of interacting with US clients will be a plus.
