Job Description :
The role would entail calling to Bank Branches; Sales Hierarchy.
The objective is to ensure Business generation, involvement of Bank Branches and closing the service requests.
1. Strong technical skills and understands knowledge management, its collaboration tools, and technologies
2. Analytical skills for analyzing data and generating reports
3. Resource usage for information research.
4. Good communication ability in English and Hindi languages
5. Enunciation (say or pronounce clearly) ability
6. Interpersonal skill like listening, & questioning
7. Some job specific skills like writing ability, analyzing raw data, report creation etc
8. Self – driven, result oriented team player
9. Should possess right attitude patience and habit of working hard
10. Professional skepticism
11. Goal Oriented attitude
12. Willing to problem-solve and "go the extra mile" when confronted with challenging situations such as
inability to easily find information
13. Perform both basic and complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely
manner
14. Ability to work under time pressure and juggle priorities/ multi-task in quick work turnaround situations
15. Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance industry
