Job Description

Role: Customer Support - Patient Education

Employment Type: Full time

Location: Delhi, India 

CTC: Rs. 3-3.6 LPA + performance-based incentive


Job Role:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word.
  • Language skills English and Hindi. Additional knowledge of Kannada will be useful
  • Empathy
  • Self-driven / Initiative
  • Ability to manage stress


Required Skills/Exp:

1 to 2 years as in handling outbound calling sales activity

Must have prior exp in healthcare/ diagnostic
