About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating standardized process documentation for technical and non-technical process areas
2. Creating a new process and set of support documentation for responding to requests for product details/customer services request
3. Learning to create PPT presentations and present process documents to the team
4. Researching and gathering best practice information and applying the knowledge to streamline corporate processes
5. Supporting customer service team in various aspects of communication, reporting, and follow-up as needed
6. Learning to document key performance indicators and establish a performance matrix
7. Interacting with the sales team and learning to create and maintain a sales dashboard
