What you might be doing on a typical day as a Web- Chat executive:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web.
- Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion.
- Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism.
- Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back.

- Superior customer service skills and team work
- Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
- Exceptional written business communication skills
- Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
- College degree preferred; some programs require diploma

- Experience in a service industry such as a BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred
