What you might be doing on a typical day as a Web- Chat executive:

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web.
• Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion.
• Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism.
• Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back.

The basic stuff you will need: 

• Superior customer service skills and team work
• Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
• Exceptional written business communication skills 
• Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
• College degree preferred; some programs require diploma
• The passion and drive to make a difference
• Experience in a service industry such as a BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred
• Must live in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
