Job Description

Designation: Customer Support Representative
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0 - 2 year
Language: Tamil & Kannada, English / Telugu & Kannada, English / Hindi & Kannada, English
Salary: 12000 to 15000
Qualification: PUC & Graduates
Gender: Only Female
Process: Inbound Voice
Candidate should have experience in handling inbound calls in a timely manner
Computer knowledge is must.
Follow up with incoming leads for generating Appointments for Business Conversion.
Listen attentively to customer needs.
Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.
Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
Excellent conversational and customer service.
Capture and update customer information accurately
Call prospective clients and explain product and services.
Should have excellent communication and convincing skill over telephone.
Keep records of all conversation in our call center database in a comprehensible way.No Target.
