Customer Support Representative
- Make outbound calls to the candidate and motivate them to complete job applications.- Schedule/reschedule the first day of work for the employees and share necessary information.- Review the application form and make sure all the details are filled appropriately.- Handle inbound calls and resolve candidate’s queries.- Respond to candidate’s queries over email/text.- Resolve queries on a ticketing platform. Knowledge of Service now will be an added advantage- Provide excellent experience to the candidates.- Maintaining a quality score of 90% and above throughout. Online General Interview Round- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems- Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.- Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls- Participate in Team building activities- Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Shift Timings - US Shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)
Working Days - 5 days/ Week
Voice Support Function - HR Function
Voice Support Type - Inbound + Outbound

Educational Qualification
- Graduation pass out (Any Stream)
-Please note that candidate should have all semester mark- sheets(including final year and consolidated mark-sheet) with them
- Under Graduate candidates who do not have all sem marksheets can also apply but should have min 6 months experience in voice support
Experience Required - Freshers to 2 Years of work experience
Preference -Candidate must have excellent voice and mail communication.
