Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels. The Representative will also be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and customer experience through prompt and efficient service. This role is located in Mumbai.
Customer support representative is someone who helps customers with their questions, problems, and requests related to a product or service. They can work in different settings, such as call centers, retail stores, or online platforms. They use various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, or social media, to provide information and support to customers. Some of the skills and qualities that a customer service representative needs are:
Communication skills: They need to be able to listen to customers’ needs and concerns, and provide clear and accurate responses. They also need to use appropriate language and tone, and avoid jargon or slang.
Problem-solving skills: They need to be able to identify the root cause of a customer’s issue, and offer effective solutions. They also need to be able to handle difficult or angry customers, and escalate complaints when necessary.
Computer skills: They need to be able to use various software and tools to access customer information, process transactions, and record interactions. They also need to be familiar with the products and services they are supporting, and be able to troubleshoot common issues.
Customer-oriented attitude: They need to be friendly, courteous, and empathetic towards customers. They also need to show interest and enthusiasm in helping customers, and follow up on their satisfaction.
