Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Job Description:

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Customer support is measured by factors like speed and quality of help received.
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and handle queries while visit at the office.
Maintain MIS/EOD reports Reconciliation & Customer accounts.
Candidate must have basic computer knowledge
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
