Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
· Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Should handle client
queries request & Complaints through Voice/Chat/Email
· Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
· Candidate should possess an Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Knowledge of English is a must)
· Willingness to learn, could provide end to end closure of any issues to customer, stay and grow
· Daily report management (Good knowledge of MS. Excel)
