Functional Area: Customer Support/ Technical Support

Shift : Day shift

Shift details: 5 working day (Work From Home)

Work Location : Bangalore

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/

Salary: 2.3 LPA to 4 LPA + Cab + Incentive + Shift Allowance

Medical Insurance benefits & Accidental Insurance coverage.

Experience :  0 - 4 years

Salary  :2,25,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.

Main Responsibilities

• To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone.
• Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.
• Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future.
• Documenting all troubleshooting performed on the call in Lenovo SAP CRM.
