International Process:

• Blended Process.

• 5 Days Working.

• 24*7 hours shifts.

• 2 Rotational off.

Domestic Process:

• Voice Process.

• 6 Days Working.

• Day shifts.

• Week off (varies Process to Process).

Eligibility Criteria:

•  Experience: Freshers and Experience Both can Apply.

• Qualification: Any Undergraduate / Graduate (Note: Students Perusing regular classes for Graduation will not be Entertained).

• Salary: Upto 3 LPA (based on experience and last drawn CTC).

• Job Location: Gurgaon.

• Should have Good Communication Skills.

• Should be Flexible in Work.

• Immediate joiners are Preferred.

• Solving Customer queries.

• Needs to manage Inbound / Outbound Calls.

• Ensure Customer Delight.

• Ensure high Service Standards are met.

• Ensure clarity in communication and expectations.
