Job Description

As a customer tele advisor your responsibility will be guide them to  get the right diagnostic centre and get the necessary medical supplies delivered to their home without any hassle.

Duties:
To identify and respond to routine customer requests, both face to face and on the telephone using the appropriate skills and knowledge.
To deal with correspondence and email enquiries in a clear and concise manner .
To record and monitor customer information accurately.
To provide routine service information and provide customers with direct contact numbers and
methods for future use.

Excellent communication - oral and written
A natural desire to help people
Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines
