As a member of the Customs Export team in India, will work across the business, provide solutions and serves as a trusted advisor in his/ her area of responsibilities.

• You will be responsible for Custom Clearance of Export Consignments with Proper Classification and Documentation (AIR and SEA) on time. Monitoring and Improving Performance for CHA's in line with Custom Rules, Regulations, Laws and FTA. Drawback, Advance authorization, EPCG, Export Incentive and Benefits To ensure effective and efficient Service Levels and make Continuous Improvement by reducing cost and monitoring TAT
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of handling Certificate of Origin, GSP /REX certification coordination with SEPC, EEPC, FIEO etc.
• You will be handling Special Projects Export Imports, Internal Process, Record Management, E-Payment. Handling litigations SCN DRI, Consultative Notices, On site Audit by customs, etc and making internal improvements to avoid recurrence.
• You will be Supporting Factories/Divisions/Group Companies in areas Export by implementing effective Internal Processes/Controls, Process Mapping, Performance measurement and improving the same on Continuous Basis. Leading and Motivating subordinates by creating Conducive and enthusiastic work environment to achieve desired goals and excel in their performance.
• You will laisoning with Customs / /DGFT / Banks and OGB (other Govt Bodies) ensuring that the company complies with all Statutory Norms laid down by these agencies. supervision of internal process such as payments to CHA, Forwarders, transporter, consultants, law firms engaged by Dept. Monitoring and resolving issues of debits and costs to Divisions/Operating companies and Business units. Dept's budget and monitoring,
• support management in Data compilations and special Tasks
• You will be responsible for digitalization initiatives to impart more transparency and sped in information sharing. Inter-departmental coordination with Indirect and Direct tax, accounting, Legal, insurance, Logistics SCM ,Risk Management. Preparing and pursuing representations with customs. Training and guidance to Divisions and Team members and related corporate Dept.
