2. Work on machine reimaging (macOS and Windows)
3. Work on malware/virus removal and analysis
4. Work on phishing mailbox monitoring and remediation
5. Work on threat feed monitoring and updating
6. Work on SIEM tool incident monitoring
7. Work on SIEM tool dashboard/reporting creation and monitoring
8. Work on SOC monitoring
9. Work on other duties as assigned
10. Work on POC & demo support to end-users
