Opening for the post of Cyber Security Specialist at SkillKai II Immediate Joiners are required II Work Mode: Remote  
 

Job Responsibilities-

Identify the appropriate stakeholders and perform interviews, walkthroughs and documentation reviews to gain an understanding of the processes. 

• Assess the appropriateness of existing control environment. 

• Validate the operating effectiveness of the existing controls. 

• Identify the gaps in control design and implementation and against international standards and industry best practices. 

• Recommend mitigation steps for identified gaps and risks. 

• Document the processes, audit findings, recommended mitigation steps and maintain open communication with stakeholders, client’s management and audit committee. 

• Identify the relevant regulatory requirements for the client and perform regulatory compliance audit. 

• Perform detailed review of policies and procedures, identify gaps and enhancements, draft new policies and procedures in line with international standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 

• Perform Cyber Security assessments to identify the current maturity level of the organization. 

• Perform Cyber Risk assessments in line with industry standard frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc. 

• Developing and maintaining policy and procedure documentation. 

• Responding to requests for information for internal system audits. 

• Cyber Risk Identification, Assessment and Governance. 

• Data & Application Protection. 

• Cyber Risk Identification & Threat Management. 

Skills Required- 

• Academic qualification: B.E/B.Tech or demonstration of relevant industry experience. 

• At least 10-15 years of professional experience in Cyber Security in complex IT environments including on premise and Cloud. 

• Experience and working knowledge of Information Security principles, techniques, and architectures. 

• Knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks and Standards such as ISO 27001, NIST. 

• One or more of CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, ITIL Certifications. 

• Good knowledge on new developments in Cyber Security and privacy services, capabilities, and industry knowledge. 

• Possess excellent written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Team player, high degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision. 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns and trends.
