Job Description

Cytotechnician job opportunities in National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research

Project Title: " Development of Low cost Automated Screening System for Cervical Cancer (CerviSCAN-ll)"

Qualification: 12th Pass in Science Subject and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or One Year DMLT plus One Year experience in a recognized organization.

Desirable qualification: At Least 3 Years' experience of working in Cytopathology Laboratory, preferably processing Cervical smears. The Candidate should be conversant with computer applications Like Word , Excel, power point and Data Entry.

Nature of Duties: The Cytotechnician would be required to collect ana proce samples, maintain records & inventory, assist in procurement of consumables and any other project related job as deemed necessary. In addition, he/she may be required to assist in routine Laboratory activities, are when required by the In-charge.
