Role title: D365 Test Analyst

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in D365, finance modules, and functional testing.

Reports to: Test Manager

Role overview:

The Test Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and the Platform Technical team under the supervision of the global test manager and test manager. This role will suit a technically aware, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. D365 Functional experience is required.

Ability to write and execute test scripts for Market deployments and regression testing of the D365 Platform. Interpret a Functional Design Document and ensure the test case and test scripts are written and executed to test the complete end to end function requirement being designed.

Key activities this role will be focussing on are as follows:

· Review FDD and write test scripts

· Work to the overall test plan

· Develop and Execute manual test scripts

· Develop and execute automated regression cases (nice to have if multi experienced)

· Raise bugs or enhancements with the appropriate level of priority

· Participate in Testing Meetings to track, triage & prioritize defects

· Raising testing blockers to the project manager and support them with unblocking them.

· Build strong relationships with internal users to manage them through UAT.

· Provide timely test reports to the project manager to give confidence on the quality of the solution.

· Manage accuracy in VSTS of test cases and their execution

· Produce data sheet for the execution of test cases

· Build manual test cases in VSTS (RSAT automated test cases)

· Integration Testing Experience using API tools [SOAP/Postman/REST API / Similar] would be an advantage

What we’re looking for:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering / Information technology or related areas required.

· 3-6 years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 functional experience

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent documentation skills

· SDLC, TFS, JIRA, VSTS

· API Testing - SOAP/REST API/Postman - would be an advantage

· ISEB/ISTQB qualification in Testing

· Understanding of Testing Approach

· Understanding and experience of developing a manual automated test suite.

· Prior experience with testing a large ERP deployment including complex integrations

· Ability to multi-task against tight timescales
