Position: Data Analyst - Activation & Retention

Roles & Responsibilities 

The role will require to work with the Marketing team and will be responsible for the following:

• Own Business Intelligence - Go to person for Business Intelligence with deep understanding of Databases, Skilful Data extraction and Developing Business Metrics. Build frameworks, dashboards, formulate processes for management and operational reporting.
• Perform analysis that provides impactful insights on how to continually evolve and improve our customer activation & retention rate.
• Advise stakeholders on campaigns, using data-based insights with the goal of efficiently achieving important metrics.
• Maintain dashboards, which can be used by relevant stakeholders for decision making.
  

Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst

Preferred With Btech In Information Technology Or Computer Science. 

Experience working in similar industry is a plus

Skills Required For Business Analyst 

• SQL
• MongoDB
• MS Excel
• Visualization tools like Periscope or Tableau
• Python
