Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with AOM and VMs for the collection of POSM deployment, asset, and visibility data
  • Analysis of data -WOD vs covered, campaign execution and gap analysis reports, POSM receipt Vs. deployed reports, visibility share of brand and various asset status for complete WOD, team working hrs analysis and highlight gaps to take corrective action, online audits etc
  • Outlet creations, mapping, questionnaire, upload and maintain dashboard online as per requirement
  • Compiles the explanation on the incomplete activities such as pending campaigns, coverage to client and program manager
  • Communicates recommended action to the stake holders
  • Collects proof of implementation for recommended action, escalates
  • Generates Daily/Weekly/Monthly action taken reports
  • Prepare Dashboards and flash the same to the Project and client team

Requirements
  • Good Communication, ability to coordinate with client and FOS team
  • Good proficiency in using MS office,
  • High level proficiency in excel
  • Ability to use various analytical tools that deal with visibility share and campaign execution reports
  • Persuasion and follow-up with stake holders to get action items closed
  • Have experience on POSMs, Assets and data management
