You will be responsible for the uptime, performance, and operational cost of a large-scale cloud platform or some of our SaaS-based products. 

You will make daily and weekly operational decisions with the goal of improving uptime while reducing costs. 

You will drive improvements by gaining an in-depth knowledge of the products in your responsibility and applying the latest emerging trends in the cloud and SaaS technologies.

All your decisions will be focused on providing the best-in-class service to the users of our SaaS products.

Our organization relies on its central engineering workforce to develop and maintain a product portfolio of several different startups. As part of our engineering, you'll get to work on several different products every quarter. Our product portfolio continuously grows as we incubate more startups, which means that different products are very likely to make use of different technologies, architecture & frameworks - a fun place for smart tech lovers! 

Candidate Requirements

• Work closely with business team to understand the processes and initiatives.
• Empower business team by providing analysis for their initiatives.
• Provide business insights and analysis using engaging visualization.
• Provide recommendations for business decisions based on our data.
• Support the data quality and data integrity of the data warehouse object that has been designed by Data Team.
• Collaborate with Data team if new data is needed to be ingested and centralized in data warehouse.
• Validate changes and updates to the datamarts related to each business function.
• Centralize the business metrics definition into accessible documentation.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Excellent understanding of using SQL (Python is a plus).
• 2 or more years working experience as a data analyst or in related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data requirement.
• Ability to visualize the business requirements into insightful visualization.
• Knowledge of Statistical Function is a plus.
• Knowledge of Proper Data Sharing Method is a plus.
• Passionate about startup, innovation and technology.
