Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at Masthead Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. The Data Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to data searching and he will work closely with the team to contribute to the finding and improvement of data solutions.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of MS Excel, basic C required.
Assessing the reports by customers on various platforms and plan for the reproduction.
Brainstorming, contributing new ideas, thinking of innovative strategies, and implementing solutions to complex problems.
Working with real-time feedback from our users to make the product better.
Production Incident management and reporting.
Should be able to perform data analysis.
To publish daily reports, dashboards and metrics to internal teams and clients.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask when several critical issues happen simultaneously.

Requirement:

Btech/Mtech/ BCA/MCA can apply
Should not be pursuing candidate
Should be fresher
Immediate joiner preferred

Immediate joiner will be preferred.
