As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for the collection and analysis of data. You do this in order to increase productivity of different teams. You create both standardized and customized reports that analyze everything from quantitative data to the quality aspects. The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.
Primary Job Role
Collect and analyze data to evaluate monthly and annual goals and performance of the team
Do continuous monitoring of the key indicators and raise alerts when the performance isn'Ă˘ÂËt adequate
Perform data analysis on a regular basis for management reporting
Create both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative product & sales analysis, provide support for internal needs and maintain data integrity.
You must develop standardized methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring
Create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients (daily, weekly, monthly)
Identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresher sessions with agents to improve the way we handle customer cases
Drive process improvement initiatives
Conduct training for group of agents, when needed
Conduct quality induction for the new hire batch
Bachelor's or equivalent degree and 1-2 years of experience
Familiarity with business reporting
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience of ERP, CRM tools is must have
Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with good knowledge of Excel
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Good presentation skills and ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Enjoys working independently as well as within a team environment
Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests
