Job Description

  • Data Analyst
    Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
    Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
    Downloading Data from various systems and tools and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.
    Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
    Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.
    Coordinating with the team, branches and franchise for feedback and different requirements.
    Data report management for clients and industries as per plan.
    Will also monitor performance and database control plans to identify improvements
  • Management Representative
    Ad-hoc analysis: prepare ad-hoc analysis on Operations data upon requests, using corporate Business Intelligence tool and customizing queries.
    Managing tasks given by management & inter office co-ordination.
    Managing meeting calendars of directors
    Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports on recruitment industry.
    Excellent data analysis skills and support in Management decision
    Skills: Mis, Data Analysis, Management Reporting, Database Management
    Experience: 3.00-5.00 Years
    Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc),Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
