Job Description
Medline is continuing to expand our operations in Pune and is looking for a Data Analyst who is capable of performing data analysis and reporting. The goal of this job is to ensure accuracy of the data analysis and ensure timely reports in proper manner.
Some Of The Roles And Responsibilities
- Cross verify and update data in Logistics systems
- Follow defined process & check reports to identify action items
- Identify workflow processing errors and take corrective actions
- Identify trends and report to Vendor EDI Support for correction
- Reconcile Invoice adjustments
- Other duties as assigned
- Office timings from 10:30/ 11:30 am to 7:30/8:30 pm
Required Skills
- At least 2 years experience in providing offshore based data maintenance and analysis services for US/ International clients (Logistics/ Shipping/ Transportation/ Warehousing domain will be preferred)
- End user experience on any major Enterprise application system (SAP will be preferred)
- Skills in Math & Statistics
- Mid-level MS Excel skills (including sorting, filtering, pivot table)
- Critical & Analytical thinking
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Self-driven work ethic: ability to work independently and proactively
- Proven capability of consistently completing allocated tasks before deadlines and as per requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Logistics/ Shipping/ Transportation/ Warehousing domain
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree
- Preferred: BE, BSC, MBA with specialization in Maths/ Statistics/ Operations
Work Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
