We are currently seeking a Data Analytics and Operations Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN),India (IN).

In These Roles You Will Be Responsible For

Client management – Interacting directly with Client, discussing ideas, capturing business requirement for new deliverables
Responsible for reporting requirements and delivery of all reports
Analyze data and generate insights which will enable the leadership team to drive operations
Thought leader and driving projects in individual capacity and as a team player
Creating presentation for leadership teams
Identify, initiate and deliver cost saving projects and Business Impact
Process Improvement
Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports

Requirements For This Role Include

Contact Center & BPO Knowledge
Client Management
Great power point skills (Creating executive presentation)
SQL Knowledge (Should know how to create tables, extract data, clean data, manipulate data in SQL and analyze data)
Analytical knowledge and assessing business gaps and provide recommendations for improvements
Identifying metrics and creating dashboards to assess performance and recommending improvement action plan
Excel skills to manipulate large data and summarize outcomes.
Power BI skills (Good to have not mandatory).

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 05:00pm CST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
