Job Description

DATA ASSURANCE QUALITY AUDITOR -QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDIT

2 - 5 Years

Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with established processes
Audit cases based on volume/priorities/concerns areasbased on a weeklyquota
Report findings on a weekly basis
Proactively identify knowledge gaps by analysing error trends
Liaise with Regional Program Managers and Vendor Managers to address said gaps

Basic Qualifications:

2 years experience
Experience in Quality Assurance roles
Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency withâ¯MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience with Salesforce.com
Written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
