Requirements:
1. Data Integration using ETL tools eg: Informatica, AWS Glue
2. Data Analysis, handling big data Eg: R, Hive, Hadoop
3. Reporting using Visualization tools Eg: Qlikview, PowerBI
4. Experience in analytics Eg: Alteryx
5. Experience in Data governance
Responsibilities:
Execute/manage projects and participate on project teams as necessary
Provide third/fourth level support and engineering for remote access systems
Provide support for Cloud customer connectivity at all data centers and co-locations
Create and maintain accurate system documentation
Work with the Support Centers and Operations to improve their problem solving effectiveness through training, documentation, and process modification
Support the safety and cleanliness of the environment and occupants by being proactive in identifying issues you see need resolution, opening tickets for maintenance and taking the needed steps to get it done
Monitor, resolve and update all Operations-assigned service tickets throughout your daily shift using IO’s ticketing system
Work closely with vendors, field technicians, and other telecommunications service provider to resolve service issues and improvements
Identify, research and support process improvement actions
Support Shipping and Receiving with delivery and tracking of packages internally, packaging/unpacking and loading/unloading of deliveries for customers, carriers, vendors or other offices
