Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls and messages on the business platform
Customer order management and subscription management
Receiving and registering orders on the phone and business platform
Answering product/ service related queries
Following company order registration system
Registering payments received on system and database
Admin related work
Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
Handling additional duties from time to time.
Desired candidate skills;
Competent in Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel
Should be fluent in English Hindi and Marathi
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
Work days- Monday to Saturday
Timings- 8am- 4pm
Salary up to- 14K
