1. Upload all relevant files onto the share point portal (our office manager will help with this)
2. Organize and format the data and ensure that it is consistent over the years (creation of a uniform template and formatting of the data according to the template to ensure consistency in data recording over the years)
3. Draw some relevant data cuts from the historical data (how the geographical representation of our applicants has changed over time, how the gender representation of our candidates has changed over time, etc.)
