Job Description

DATA ENTRY EXECUTIVE

0 - 3 Years

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry of NACH forms, online donations in FR CRM and follow-up with banking partners for registration
Preparation of BDD and updation of result in FR CRM
Donor servicing and welcome calling to the donors
Supporting TL in preparing MIS related to inflow and outflow of donations

Skill and Competence:

Graduate (fresher's can also apply)
Experience in Similar Profile - in NGO or corporate sector
Good Coordination and communication Skills
Adaptive to changes in Process and industry guidelines.
Proficiency in Excel languages i.e. Vlook-up, Pivot tables, count, length etc.
High energy levels
Eye to details and systematic approach
Open to new challenges and learnings and never say no approach
