Data entry into excel spreadsheet.
Even though this is a data entry position, the candidate must be able to navigate Excel with ease to have success in this role;
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered;
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors;
Performs other duties as assigned;

Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors;
Research and obtain further information for incomplete data;
Process documents in an accurate and timely manner to ensure proper insurance coverage for homeowners and client satisfaction goals;
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output;
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files;
Transcribes source data into the required electronic format within time limits;
Comply with data integrity and security policies;
Reviewing/updating per electronic data feed to ensure insurance coverage is up to date.
