7. Remuneration: Rs.17,000/- Per month

8. Nature of Duties:

i. Entry and maintenance of data and records

ii. Helping in project coordination and execution

iii. Liasioning between NIE, Chennai and MRHRU Sirwar, Raichur

iv. May require frequent travel between NIE and Sirwar

v. Any other project related work assigned by superior officer / PI / Nodal Officer / Director

9. Duration: Up to 31.03.2021 (may be extended depending upon extension of the scheme and satisfactory performance

7. Remuneration: Rs.17,000/- Per month

8. Nature of Duties:

i. Data entry work

ii. Administrative work related to the project

iii. Any other work assigned by the PI / Co – PI / Supervisory officer

9. Duration: 3 months (Renewable for the project duration subject to performance and project requirement)

Chennai Location: UR – 25 years EWS – 25 years OBC – 28 years (including 3 years age relaxation) SC – 30 years (including 5 years age relaxation). Raichur Location: SC – 30 years (including 5 years age relaxation)

The National Institute of Epidemiology (NIE) was established on July 2, 1999 by merging the Central JALMA Institute for Leprosy (CJIL Field Unit),Avadi with the Institute for Research in Medical Statistics (IRMS),Chennai. The broad objectives of the Institute cover Development of human resources in epidemiology and bio-statistics, Networking of the various ICMR and non-ICMR Institutes at the national level for epidemiological purposes, and Consultancy.
