• We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to enter data from various source documents into the personal computer system for researching, verifying, Updating, Maintaining, Storing, Processing and Data management purposes along with ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. 
  
• All data Processors should be able to understand English, Companies in India usually have copy paste projects but our requirements are different. 
  
• Basically what we are looking for is a virtual assistant for our clients, We are looking for someone who can enter data (sometimes researched or order processing).

• We provide all necessary training so as to enable the candidate on the project. Data Entry Operator usually receive short-term on-the-job training, lasting 1 to 2 weeks. 
• Generally, Data Entry Operator training may focus on procedures for entering data from various source documents into the computer system sometimes researched or order processing.
• Trainees often work under the guidance of an experienced team member for the first few weeks of employment. Salary will not be paid during the training period.
  
• SHIFT TIMES:- Night Shift (for USA ,Canada) 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM
  
• JOINING:- Immediate Preferred
  
• SALARY:-7,000.00 – 13,000.00 per month CTC (Based on competency & experience) Candidate carrying relevant experience can look for better salary package.There is variable component in this Package (Incentive).
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, compile & sort text based & numerical information from source documents or by opening and sorting mail within the time limits for data entry.
  
• Compile, verify & sort source information for accuracy to prepare source data to enter it in the prescribed computer, files, forms or electronic format.
  
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check the output.
  
• Research & Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  
• Update data and delete unnecessary files.
  
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
  
• Check completed work for accuracy.
  
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  
• Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign. 

• QUALIFICATION:- ANY(Diploma/ ITI COPA / S.S.C/ H.S.C / Graduates / Under Graduates/O Level - Doeacc/ A Level - Doeacc)
  
• EXPERIENCE:- Proven Exp of 6 Months to 1 Year or above to enter data at the required speed & proven ability of E-mail Management. Former computer training will be an added advantage and asset,  (We Don't Hire STUDENTS or Freshers)

• Excellent written English skills with Knowledge of Correct Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuations.
  
• Computer & Internet Savvy
  
• Fast Typing (45 WPM to 60 WPM in English Qwerty Typing ) with an eye for thoroughness and Accuracy ( 96%-100%)
  
• Ability to work under pressure
