- Define project sequence, scope and deliverables as the Business Analyst.
- Oversee UAT, organize test scenarios, triage business test defects.
- Manage scope and deliverables of strategic projects to ensure a successful outcome that is aligned to business, IT, and domain priorities.
- Work with Delivery Partner technical teams to drive implementation of master data solutions.
- Build relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Actively guide and inspire project teams (Business, IT Services, and Delivery Partner) so they understand the vision and deliverables for the project.
- Drive the evaluation of factors which must be addressed in the master data program.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for master data.
- Influence policy formation; significant contribution to strategic direction.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives which includes consulting and sharing knowledge across organization and maintaining knowledge of industry trends related to master data.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably MBA degree).
- 5+ years of experience in global master data management roll outs.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a functional lead/functional architect/data architect in global master data domain independently (sole responsibility).
- Understanding of the SKU Life Cycle Management and Product Create/Update process.
- Verbal and written fluency in English including strong story boarding and negotiation skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional (information/data) design, establishing data models and preferably converting functional design to technical design.
- Experience leading application development teams and delivery partners on key Master Data platforms – preferably on SAP MDG.
- Strong experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA data structures.
- Experience deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and related visual management.
- Strong leadership and service delivery skills.
- Ability to cultivate networking opportunities with peer organizations.
- Broad range of business and IT experiences; has achieved technical and/or business certification(s) – preferably Business Analyst and Product Owner certifications.
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization.
