Required skills :

  • 5+ years of experience creating business review plans and financial models
  • Proven record of working with huge data sets with direct experience using SQL and Python
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to take complex business logic and translate it into functional system logic
  • Spreadsheet skills with proven experience managing large data sets and preparing various reports and dashboards for executives
  • Experience using Tableau; data mining skills
  • Willingness to quickly learn and adopt other programing languages like R and demonstrate the learning by building predictive models and solving business problems
  • Willingness to consistently work extended hours during periods of high demand like quarter or year end; this may include weekends
  • Coachable, motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to work as part of a team; focused on and diligent in leading and delivering results
  • Previous experience in subscription business, renewals, and compliance is a plus
