About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Obtaining facts from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
2. Interpreting data and evaluating results using statistical techniques
3. Eradicating corrupted/invalid data
4. Performing preliminary analysis to measure the quality of the data
5. Analyzing the performance of the staffs and performing increment/incentives and credit calculations
6. Organizing the performance reports based on analysis and presenting them to the management
7. Preparing the report on the topmost level performers with respect to the divisions in marketing
8. Monitoring the calls of the employees using the common calling tool
9. Providing the business report to the company in frequent intervals
10. Preparing and projecting business contests to the employee
