Job Description

• Must have overall IT experience 8+ years, 5+ years of Data Migration and min 3+ years with D365 CE/CRM
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Single point of contact for all CRM Data Migration Projects
• Ability to build data migration approach, design, transformation logic.
• Very good Knowledge of Dynamics CRM product
• Understand the data migration requirements Work to prepare data migration strategy/Approach, data governance, data dictionary etc.
• Conduct status meetings & timely updates with customer
• Provide Technical Expertise, direction and leadership to the team, to execute the project efficiently
• Mentors and Coaches the team members
• Day-to-Day management of the team, working closely with the customer to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues etc.
  

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong TSQL and SSIS skills
• Must have CRM working experience
• Must have used either Scribe / Kingswaysoft or other tool in the Data Migration projects
• Must have worked at least in 3 Data Migration projects (end to end) using CRM.
• Must have work experience in performing Document migration activities

Qualifications

B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent (full-time) from reputed institution
