Profile Name - Data Operations Executive - Trainee

a. Responsibilities

1. Report to Research Analyst & management on matters relating to documentation of deep data on projects, companies, professionals, insights. 

2. Documenting real estate & building projects data and making notes on the specific project update & observations.

3. Understand requirements for clients, execute assignments, respond to client requirements & queries.

4. Conducting detailed Primary and Secondary Research of Projects and will be responsible for extracting and condensing information using various internet sources and through calling different concerned persons.

5. Maintain and update all information on the company’s technology platforms 6. Maintaining confidentiality of content, professionalism, integrity, exclusively working with Biltrax Construction Data, no conflict of interest with any other activity.

b. Candidate Requirements

Desirable candidates should possess the following -

1. Recent Graduates/Freshers of Civil Engineering / B.Com / BMS / BBA / B.Tech / B.Sc

2. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years experience can apply as well

3. Immediate Joiners.

3. Should be comfortable in conducting calls.

4. Navi Mumbai/Thane Candidates preferred

5. Should have a laptop and good wifi connection.

6. Good communication skills.

7. Confidence & willingness to learn.
