Job Description
Entering data into client EBS system / Database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
Responding to information requests from authorized members.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Required Candidate Profile:Minimum 1 years of experience in Data entry or Proven data management.
Typing speed (30 wpm) and accuracy.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office.
Ability to work to time constraints
Comfortable to work in US/ Night shift
