Job Description

Job Description

3 to 6 years of experience in software testing with thorough understanding and clarity of testing concepts.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Database Testing.
Experience in writing complex database queries using joins.
Understand the reference and master data, data architecture, data methodology and processes, and a broad range of applications that collect and consume data
Define and communicate data testing strategy, and propose the most appropriate test coverage, test conditions, test scripts and test data requirements
Analyze test results and drive resolution of issues
Develop metrics and solutions to monitor and improve data quality and processes at a scale
Experience in Defect Life cycle, STLC, SDLC, Requirement Analysis, Impact Analysis and agile methodologies.
Experience in Creation of test documents like RTM, Test plan, Test Scenario and test Cases.
Experience in Web, window and mobile based multi-tier applications.
Experience in Defect tracking tools like Bugzilla,JIRA, QC
Experience in Test case management tool like Quality center, test rail
Ability to understand Business Processes.
Knowledge of non-functional testing (UI and Performance)
Must possess a balance of analytic problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
Good Communication skills. Adherence to the company guideline, policy and procedure are the basic responsibilities
Good to Have : Automation Skills in tools like Selenium, Jmeter.
