Data Scientist & Engineer jobs - Mumbai - Serturner - 1 to 5 years of experience - 13 March 2019

Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Scientist with Machine learning and Natural Language Processing preferably from product startup. You will be part of a high impact team at Serturner that’s building the next generation of intelligence for the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Responsibilities include: 

1. Collaborate with team and analyze data and build machine learning models

2. Carry out data science tasks such as writing code to - extract, clean, recode and reconcile data from a variety of structured and unstructured data sources including databases, flat files, and shapefiles

3. Compile and build recognizable models and patterns from databases

4. Scale, transform and impute continuous and categorical data

5. Break and distribute computationally intensive jobs as needed

6. Evaluate and recommend optimal combinations of models and model results

7. Build scalable and efficient algorithms 

8. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

9. Identify patterns and trends

10. Act as the front of all basic technical needs of the organization

11. Manage a small data science team
