A highly interesting and exciting role in the Learning Technology & Analytics team in Pune, passionate about technology used for learning & development as well as the analysis of the learning data – to improve training initiatives and to drive the upskilling of the bank’s employees.
An opportunity to perform and manage learning data analysis, with responsibility for new dashboards and investigation of key findings in the data from different sources and systems – by connecting and exploring the data and working with benchmarks.
Responsibility for the creation of reports, including authoring of data interpretation for the attention of senior management.
Ownership for data processing incl. maintaining and further developing file-based and API-based integrations between various systems.
Continuous interaction and collaboration with partners in Learning & Development and form strong positive relationships
Working in a global, dynamic, and highly motivated team.

A degree in a quantitative field like statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or equivalent
Experience in statistical modelling, exploratory analysis (classification, scorecard models, segmentation, clustering, anomaly detection) is required
Experience with learning and HR data would be an advantage
Proficient in database design and management, (i.e. traditional RDBMs) including advanced proficiency in SQL (incl. SSIS, DTSX, PowerShell) for data transformations and database administration.
Outstanding ability to summarize and visualize data and effectively communicate meaning to a range of business partners.
Sound knowledge and programming experience of statistical and visualization software applications such as Power BI (incl. DAX, MDX, PowerScript) as well as R and Python.
Self-motivation, dedicated, problem solving ability, as well as structure and present work in a consistent manner while delivering high quality results within strict deadlines and under pressure
Collaborator skills and motivation of working within a global and diverse-team while being able to work independently In order to liaise with the stakeholders strong communication skills in English is required and proficiency in German is a plus India-Pune-Pune
