Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Extract the information hidden in unstructured data, and assist take smarter decisions to deliver even better products.
  • Work on optimising the models according to the requirements of the specific use case and collaborating with other team members to productionize and scale machine learning algorithms.
  • Measure the impact of your algorithm against company KRAs.
  • Work on problems of tomorrow and help create long term capabilities for Spinny.
  • Leverage alternate data to develop best-in-class underwriting models
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. tech, product) to understand and design best solutions which can be implemented.
  • Influence business decisions to help improve consumer and network experiences

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning/ Statistical Algorithms/ Predictive Modelling.
  • Should be from a premium college (e.g. B.Tech. from IITs, NITs etc)
  • Should have research bent of mind and are conversant with latest developments in the field of machine learning research
  • Strong in statistical & machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledgeable about the machine learning trade-offs and model evaluation.
  • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prior experience with classical machine learning techniques, Bayesian analysis or DNNs in production systems
  • Mathematical optimisation (mixed integer programming, linear programming, stochastic programming/optimisation, etc.)
